Singapore's Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo will visit India from 11 to 12 November.
The Foreign Ministry, in a statement, said the trip is for informal consultations on Myanmar with the Indian Minister of External Affairs Pranab Mukherjee.
The meeting will take place in New Delhi on Monday.
Singapore has emphasised the important role to be played by countries like China, Japan and India in bringing about a resolution to the problems being faced in Burma.
India is a member of the East Asia Summit, and this forum will be discussing the Myanmar situation when it convenes in Singapore on 21 November on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit.
Mr Yeo is accompanied by senior officials from his ministry.
